From the first visit with Dr.Burch he cared about what I had to say about my symptoms. When I had surgery on my wrist he and his staff made me feel completely at ease. Dr.Burch answered all my questions even the repetitive ones. He didn't rush into surgery but instead used other ways to treat my problem. In the end surgery was the best option for me. He and his staff are top-notch.

This delightful and knowledgeable doctor should be the DOCTOR OF THE YEAR. Such a pleasant person, takes time to explain everything and tells the options with great care and explanations. I wish I had found him years ago. After 2 UNSUCCESSFUL knee surgeries, he made me feel so much better. He is trying some things before rushing into another knee surgery, which I appreciate so much. This is the Dr. to visit if you are having any problems with your knee or back. Brilliant!!!! Every dr. should have his bed side manner and just good manners all around. The staff is wonderful also. LOVE THIS PLACE.

All the associates of this establishment have been so helpful to me even before my first appointment. From the front desk to the nurses to the doctor are absolutely wonderful. I had major surgery at the Baptist hospital after breaking my femur. At this office I received the best follow-up I could have dreamed of. I was very nervous about this appointment and the outcome but I was put at ease right away and everyone was very caring and gentle with me. I received nothing but encouragement on my progress at home. It has been very traumatic experience and now they have made my Outlook very promising. I just want to thank each and every one of them and actually look forward to my next appointment. I highly recommend this office if I could I'd give him more than five stars that's for sure.

UPDATE: I just wanted to add all of my follow-up appointments these past six months have been outstanding. Everyone has been so helpful here through my hard time they've made it so much better to deal with.

Dr. Burch did a great job. This is my first time breaking a bone and he was straightforward with what I needed to do. What they were going to do for me and how long my recovery would be. The only thing I recommend is a portal that allows a patient to fill out paperwork before getting there. Other than that I would definitely recommend this facility and staff. Update: they have a portal now so you can easily look at your chart. Again, Dr. Burch is great!! 5 stars

Doctor Burch and his staff are great. They were quick to diagnose and covered my problem with me in depth and spoke to me about what I am up against with my problem, what to expect going forward and how to help heal better. Offered help with all questions I had. Suggested a shoe to help with my broken toe to aid in mobility which I am using.

First meet Dr. Burch was very nervous for me. But after he listened to me, and begin to talk to me about what he will do for me. Was more than just a relief to me.
